You can't be more disappointed. We had reserved a table for 6 people for a birthday yesterday and for family reasons it was closed for an indefinite period. Without even calling and canceling. So we had to look for an alternative on a Sunday evening and had a lady with a walker who is very difficult to walk. We are more than disappointed, especially because we only made the reservation the day before and the lady is a high-turnover regular customer whose number is on file. Very, very unprofessional, just like the loud argument the day before in front of all customers! There seems to be no heart and soul in the store if you simply close without contacting the reserved tables. Especially when you know the lady and know that she is very difficult to walk !!!!!! And possibly hardly find an alternative in the area !! Whole birthday was messed up!

Today we went to “da Francescone” for dinner and were very disappointed. The food was brought after 1.25 and the question whether it would take longer was answered with an annoyed “is on the way”. Both the chef and the waiter often served without a mask. Impossible and irresponsible in the current situation. The food itself was okay, but average at best. The truffles didn't taste like truffles and some of the noodles stuck together in strands and weren't even al dente, but still hard. When my 97-year-old grandfather wanted to pay, the waiter made unfriendly comments as to whether it could not be faster. The 5 star ratings are absolutely incomprehensible after such a visit.

Very nice service and good food. We were able to sit outside, all dishes were delicious and we would love to come back.

We were very happy with everything: the linguine with white and green asparagus and prawns from the daily menu, the pizza fresca with ham and rocket and the fish. Very attentive and friendly service. The dessert is also perfect: panna cotta, tiramisu and zabaione, see photos, please don't ask is on the menu. You could still work on the atmosphere, but this is probably due to the corona distance regulations.

Excellent food and great service. We will be back definitely.
